Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore Famiglia Pasqua

Its a Red Wine from Italy, region Valpolicella Ripasso. Made with Ripasso technique same as Amarone wines by fermenting air-dried grapes. On the palate it has rich aroma of raisin, wild cherries also bluberry and vanilla. On the nose it has redcurrant followed by clove and liqourice.
